WU/MU is not pushing any updates to SP1 as it has not officially been released. after official release you will get post SP1 updates pushed. so on upcomming patch tuesday an SP1 system will probably get no updates but an SP0 system will get whatever is pushed.
Yeah it annoys me to no end that .NET 4 is not integrated.Generally it seems tho that MS does not include newer .NET-s in SP-s.Only in SP0-s.So there is defenetly a method of integration they use.Just that this method has never been published(along with hundreds of other documents along with the one on how to integrate DirectX). Yeah i was extremely suprised when i heard 971033 is NOT included.I mean wtf?
Anyone knows whats up with release names over @wzor, example: MICROSOFT.WINDOWS.7.ENTERPRISE.RTM.WITH.SP1.X86.VOLUME.OEM.ENGLISH.DVD-WZT What is it? OEM or VOLUME ????
The question is, does something like OEM/VOLUME actually exist, first time i hear of it's existence... or are these indicators the wzor iso's are indeed home made/altered, and not official ms images like wzor claims
Quick question: where can I find the guide about integrating other languages in the Windows 7 + SP1 EN ISO and removing the EN one? Thanks.
For those of us with bios mods, does this matter at all? Won't we still get all the updates regardless? Or do I have to install this? I am assuming this is just a big deal for people who don't use Windows Update.
Or if you have more then one machine & do not want to download 1 Gb SP1 on each of them separately sebus
If it's not HP, DELL, Sony etc.-ie: prebuilt- then all is basically retail-you purchased the software from a store or etailer. OEM differs from Retail in the EULA and support options mainly; I am currently using the OEM Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 integrated by M$ downloaded from WZor's site without issue using the key I obtained with my SP0 DVD purcased from NCIX.com. Volume licenses are for businesses/corporations (Intel for example) that own a number of PC's to update/upgrade etc. and can use the same ISO-with one key- to install 10 or 100 computers (whatever number their volume license allows).

970840 Hotfix Some settings in Group Policy Preferences for Internet Explorer 7 looks homemade Ie 7 on win 7 last I look it was Ie 8 looks more like Vista
They released a preliminary spreadsheet of all the fixes in the beta/RC timeframe. It was in the list. It wouldn't be included in the list if it wasn't part of SP1.
Well, I have Installed SP1 on both computer (clean install of slipstream ISO with SP1) and netbook (SP1 only) and none of it has WAT installed (according to diagnostic tool) nor there's a WAT folder in Windows (if WAT is installed there should be a WAT folder created in Windows). Cheers
What happens if u try to install 971033 manually?.If it were installed you'd get a message that this update does not apply. If it's not installed it would install itself.
