Use 7zip and open the install.wim and find tokens.dat in there. You can either stop the Software Protection Service then replace it, or replace it while in safe mode. I did this method and it worked fine.
Hey Hazar, In the future if Dell releases an updated BIOS for my computer, would I be able to safely upgrade without it f**king with the loader?
that explains why i am currently reinstalling Windows 7 lol hazar can u help me I am currently installing win 7 again can u post the steps to installing your loader correctly thanks
Don't get me wrong. Hazar did great work and I'm sure at most cases either a vista lo*der based act*vator or wow will work. I'm upset because there was a discussion about who has stolen from who...that's why I've closed... It has taken a lot of time to realise wow and it's more than appropriate to ask the author for permission before he wants to re-release it!
we know that few good activators are needed or one which could do 100% systems so far for Vista i sow none that worked on more then 80% PCs... so i hope for more updated versions thn few
not sure if I am supposed to start replacing activation files. But maybe, if the keys are not leaked in a few months
Hazar is 14? That has to be bollocks? Is this like Eazy-E when he said he was 15 when he was 25? Hazar if you are really only 14 then you're a bright spark thats for sure, do an IQ test dude, what is it?
I second that...come on....why do people need reinstall windows 7 to use your lo*der when they could use the method above to solve the problem? Hazar also mentioned that the token.dat and pkeyconfig.xrm-ms files supplied by Finger are not the right ones (for X64 version). Is this true? Can somebody please supply the MD5 for both the original files please.
first of all, a huge thaks for all the hard work !! I did use it on my home laptop (Lenovo R60 - x86) and it works flawlessly. Weird enough thoug, i am trying to do the same on an HP Compaq 8710p - x64 laptop, with no success. Fresh install. The only thing i see is that during the script, when it does the 'bootinst /nt60' command, i got an "access is denied" message (though it says bootcode successfully updated). Any idea ?
I'm 14 m8, and the IQ tests vary greatly, one said 99, the other said 150 XD I think averaging it up i'm about 130-140,, but age is not a limit with these sort of things. Sure its got a learning curve, but started computing when I was 8 and build my first pc at 11 for £45 (I'm from the uk, hence the pounds pricing)
Hazar: If I understand your statement: Replacing the activation files with those from the rtm iso works with your lo*der, no need to use anything else.. you don't need to provide anything that isn't already "in the wild".
Well That would require a seconds reboot... Maybe I could include a second script bundled with the existing one to remove them then reboot the pc to contiune the activation after theyve been regenerated. I forgot they could be regenerated lol
does Hazar's loader work on a windows dual boot (vista + new part where you install 7) ? Does Hazar's loader work on an updated vista=>7
his loader worked on my dell laptop inspiron 1525 but no luck on my dell desktop xps 720. both systems are running the x64. the desktop ive tried both OEM and the Retail versions of the OS. i heard it does work on a dual boot, just run the patch on the partition you wanna patch obv.
Hazar's boot lo*der works on vista-->7 (verified on my system). Hazar: I'm not sure a second boot is needed: a. I've overwritten the *-ms file with the file from the iso, b. stopped the software protection using services.msc (can be done from the command line using the net cli tool) c. deleted tokens.dat d. installed your lo*der. Do we have a volunteer that got a non-activated / toolkit 1.8 that is willing to verify this?
Sorry to ask the question, but how do I remove Hazar's cr*ck? I rashly ran it, it didn't do anything so I would like to reove any changes it made.
