Yes, I was about to post, the problem was with something else, it might be with the unattend.xml or registry tweaks. am just checking what's the cause.

 

Well the problem was with the ReFS Pack Enable Tweak. This ReFS Enable Tweak breaks the DISM /Online Servicing Function.

Latest KUC wants to install KB2901101 to satisfy M$ update (superseeded by KB2908387); it is not required and can be eliminated completely if my experience is universal. The update cleanup completely removes it and if not installed M$ update does not ask for it, but, KUC flags it as necessary.
This is my experience on Windows 8.1 Pro x64.
