I have three different WMC keys but, am waiting for the ISO. Will surely test them when I get to test the leaked build and report back here.
You *may* need a legit Windows 8 key to use first before attempting WMC. Still, if you try that know we're not responsible if your key(s) get blacklisted.
You can't install directly to a ProWMC index. YOu have to install Pro, activate, then use the wuapp "add features" button to upgrade to prowmc *You can save activation and restore to a fresh install later though...
Can we use the boot folder from another build to get rid of the fish? If so, we should be good to go.
I have a legit retail install. I wonder what would happen if I would do an uppgrade when the ISO is released...
Probably a legit Windows 8 serial (either Core or Pro, depending which you've installed). It's up to you if you have a legit key and want to risk it.
Just copy the bootres.dll from Windows 8. Worked fine for me in the preview (You'll have to take ownership, location is c:\windows\boot\resources)
