    From what I can tell, it's just an install.wim with the core/pro en-us and a coreSL zh-CN
    So we'd have to put it in a win8 iso and overwrite the install.wim to use it

    At some point, it should give you some kind of split box. The left side is if you have an account already (email + password), the right side is for new registration. Boxes are:

    - Email
    - Password
    - Verify Password

    Do that, click the file, select the file in the popup window, hit blue buttons, and do the same for the other part; you should at some point have some window that shows both install parts; you then hover over one, hit the download button (down arrow with underline), and do the same for the other part.
