    Error cannot open esd image? did you flip the read-only switch on them or something?
    Try putting them in a directory with no spaces or not a system folder?

    Well at first I downloaded the file and copied the file to new folder and there was no ready attribute set for it, but it didn't work, then I used the "Unblock" button in the file properties and tried decrypting the ESD it worked. Again I checked the original file and it had read only attribute set and I removed the attribute and again without using the Unblock command, I tried decrypting the ESD it worked. so it was the read only attribute causing the error
