    7850 cannot find out all versions setup，it seemed no ei.cfg in folder sources..so how to select all Versions when process setuping?so who genius can help us?thx

    the leaked version is only enterprise. There is no other version included. This was the same with Windows 7 (ent. was separate from the other versions).

    No, there are thigs that are broken. If you have a spear PC or can run duel OS, then do that, but not as a full use OS, not the M1.

    It is milestone 1 and never meant to be an replacement for a rtm version..OMG....it is for enthusiasts only..:)

    any question about leaked build 7850，in the sources folder any dll version is 7600。and this file cversion.ini is[HostBuild]
    MinClient=7233.0
    MinServer=7100.0
    but when we open win7 sources it is [HostBuild]
    MinClient=7600.0
    MinServer=7600.0
    i doubt is change by sb or some soft 。。
    the iso setup is 7850 but in the sources the setup.exe is 7600.16385.
    this only my opinion，please not attack me。。you can open it and really see that。
    i doubt the leaked build was scrabbled together。。

    The Ribbon based Explorer was only experimented with at the start of M3 development.

    Oh, the downgrader is not what we thought it was.

    It's the case that windows can't downgrade to lower versions. For example if you have enterprise installed, you can't go to professional using the build in upgrade. This tool just sets some reg keys of an enterprise install from enterprise to professional.
    This way the windows setup detects it as professional, and allows you to "upgrade" to professional.
    So in order to downgrade windows 8 to ultimate we need a windows 8 ultimate disk WITH original setup files.

    @ Winda8: how? Frankenbuild or real?

    can change regedit vaul the road is HKLM\software\microsoft\win nt\ currentversion,change EDITID and productname to your will downgrade version.so the system will think it is and use your upgrade install it can downgrade.try it.
