This is my first post on this forum, so sorry if I do anything wrong..

I'm really sorry for asking this, but I just can't understand how to get the latest version of Windows LTSC.
I've tried understanding many of the threads and have been through the sticky threads but I just get lost in a loop of different information and complicated terms with little-to-no explanation to anything.

From what I can see, most people on here prefer to build the latest version? If anyone could like some instructions on how to do so, it would be heavily appreciated. These terms like SVF, UUP, ESD, MVS are just way to confusing for me to try to understand.

On the other hand, if someone could link a reputable download link to the latest version, that would save a heap of hassles and would also be appreciated.

I did find this (need-5-posts-to-post-linksttps://pastebin.com/raw/4E7xLfS5) pastebin, but there are hundreds of downloads and I don't know which one to choose from...
Also found the TechBench Dump (need-5-posts-to-post-linksttps://tb.32767.ga/) site but also don't know which of the hundreds to download from.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the latest LTSC version is the win10 1809 OS Build 17763.914?

Any information on where to directly download a .iso would be preferable or if that's not possible, information on how to build it would be incredibly useful.
    Thanks!

Thank you bro! All working now. Cheers. Appreciate your work :)

For any other newcomer having issues:
First you will need to go to this (xttps://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-svf-repository.63324/page-149#post-1508400) post and go to the Russian website to download
    en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_x64_dvd_258dbd0b.iso.rar (64 bit) or en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_x86_dvd_bd5a7cbf.iso.rar (32-bit)
Next open up the #Consumer (EN to XX) folder and download your language file (e.x. EN-GB is English). Make sure you download the same version (32-bit or 64-bit) as you downloaded above.
Next you want to head over to the Consumer to LTSC folder and download the same language and architecture that you have previously been downloading.

    EXAMPLE:
    en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_x64_dvd_258dbd0b.iso.rar (from root folder)
    and
    [
en-gb] _en-uk_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_x64_dvd_3ce09d45.svf] (from #Consumer (EN to XX) folder)

    and
[en-gb] _en-uk_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_723dfbc1.svf (from Consumer to LTSC folder)
Note: The same architecture (x64 in this example) and the same language (en-gb in this example). If these are not the same as the other files, it will not work. (Can't have 2 files for x64 and 1 file x86; Can't have en-gb and en-us)

    Once downloaded, head over to
this (xttps://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/smartversion-tools-scripts.79415/) post and download SVF eXtractor by GezoeSloog.
    Put
svfx.exe, en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_xx_dvd_xxxxxxxx.iso, [xx-xx] _xx-xx_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_xx_dvd_xxxxxxxx.svf and [xx-xx] _xx-xx_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_xx_dvd_xxxxxxxx.svf into the same folder. (Make sure to extract the .iso out of the .rar that you downloaded.)

Open up svfx.exe and select [xx-xx]_xx-xx_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_xx_dvd_xxxxxxxx from the top (next to the Extract button).

On the top half of the application, import the Path of your en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_xx_dvd_xxxxxxxx.iso
and on the bottom half of the application, choose where to save the output .iso file.
Click Extract. This is patching your original .iso into your specified language .iso. Once done, you will have a brand new xx-xx_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_xx_dvd_xxxxxxxx.iso file.

Change the top svf file to [xx-xx]_xx-xx_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_xx_dvd_xxxxxxxx (next to Extract button).

Import your brand new .iso file we just created into the top half of the application. Choose where to save your LTSC .iso and click Extract.

    You should now have xx-xx_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_xx_dvd_xxxxxxxx.iso!

!! It is very important to verify the hash of the file. !!
Downloaded en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_x64_dvd_258dbd0b.iso.rar from this (xttps://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-svf-repository.63324/page-149#post-1508400) post.
Downloaded [en-gb] _en-uk_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_x64_dvd_3ce09d45.svf from the #Consumer (EN TO XX) folder
    Downloaded
[en-gb] _en-uk_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_723dfbc1.svf from the Consumer to LTSC folder

Downloaded svfx.exe from here (xttps://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/smartversion-tools-scripts.79415/) (SVF eXtractor by GezoeSloog)
Extracted and put them all into the same folder

    Ran svfx.exe
    Selected [en-gb] _en-uk_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_x64_dvd_3ce09d45
    Imported en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_x64_dvd_258dbd0b.iso
Hit Extract and now I have en-uk_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_x64_dvd_3ce09d45.iso
    Selected [en-gb] _en-uk_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_723dfbc1
    Imported the new en-uk_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_x64_dvd_3ce09d45.iso
Hit Extract and now I have the final en-uk_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_723dfbc1.iso

!! It is very important to verify the hash of the file. !!

You can also directly download en_ltsc.316.iso
and use en2xx.svf to get xx_ltsc.316.iso from it in the following way..

Find LTSC (.316) ISO and LTSC (.316) SVF from link below (or find them in my signature)
    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...-17763-xxx-pc-rs5.77945/page-258#post-1508535

Get "_batch_extract.bat" and "_smv.exe" from link below
    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/smartversion-tools-scripts.79415/#post-1516086

Create "New folder" and put .iso, .svf, .bat and .exe in it.

    Run .bat to get xx_ltsc.316.iso

Create backup/copy of downloaded files first if you fear you might do something wrong accidentally experimentally.
    Don't change file names!

I appreciate your work! There was not a single place I could find giving actual instructions, I just ended up with links leading to links leading to more links and no idea how to make all of those work together.

Thank you that is in fact also perfect. I already managed with the instructions, but the toolpack seems even more simple. I wasn't trying to throw shade on the people who are all answering OPs questions.

    Thanks!

Edit: I want to clarify, that I was trying to express my appreciation for a newcomer asking a question, and then instead of saying "Solved thanks!", he in fact posted step by step detailed account of the steps he took to get it going. That's all.

Do you think i can downgrade to 17763.316 with the iso mounted and run the installer from it and choose the upgrade option. i am having the "We couldn't update undoing the changes" issue.
