Should be OK if you use at least Pro version. On Home editions it is likely that it does not have any effect. With this implementation, you should no longer worry about Delivery Optimization service and you should leave it in its default state which I think is Manual (Triggered State). At least this is how it shows on my Windows 11 system.

Why does WUMT say that this update is 127.54Gb large in the picture? Also why does some updates fail? Even when my Windows 11 is updated via WUMT, WU says there is updates available?
