Important for you (the reader) is the question…..are you (the reader) capable of to categorize their actions against SARS-CoV-2? And secondly a more generic question: What is needed to ‘convince’ someone? You surely know that certain branches of pharma got a huge amount of capital from govts. Also from the Melinda Gates foundation. It is NO coincidence that AstraZeneca / 'Oxford', Pfizer and Moderna were first! (Look which one got sponsored by Gates foundation). By that you already set the course how it goes and what has the greatest opportunities to be developed and what has a real hard time to get recognized, right? This fact already has nothing to do with scientific Reason. Scientific Reason would be to RELY on already used drugs, to screen them for SARS-CoV-2 activity BEFORE spending billions for a completely new ‘drug / vaccine, right? And when you set the criteria for a drug to be recognized as useful in that way that only people with a high amount of capital can afford such studies to ‘prove’ so you continue to go on this way. (A way where only those with capital can have useful drugs). And lastly what actually means observation / observational study. Real science, real doctoring? Lets assume you know a doctor. He is saying…hey I have great success at fighting COVID-19 by using a drug called ivermectin. So you want to know more about…. OK…now the doctor is sharing those info with other doctors and more and more can confirm the original observations. Studies are made (more than 24 RCTs) and lots more of observational studies. Entire real time studies on millions of citizens suddenly show significant changes! And then you have to read statements of WHO and the inventor of ivermectin = Merck totally pushing AGAINST ivermectin. SO what else should I say than assuming that ivermectin can not BE a cure for COVID-19? It must NOT be a cure for absurd and poor reasons! As soon as ‘they’ would acknowledge what IVM really does all the vaccines would lose their EUA!! Why? Because an EUA presumes that there is no alternative to the vaccines. Look…. I listen to the front-line doctors all over the world on YouTube. I simply listen to their daily experiences with those drugs. I listen to their conferences exchanging their medical experiences and what drug they use and how it can help. Due to my profession I can fully understand the MOAs of the drugs. I mean this is what I have studied all the time! There are such a lot of absurd statements for instance Merck saying their own IVM is not safe while they had donated millions of doses already to fight parasites. It is up to you / the reader to make up one’s mind. And to your question how do I know that it is IVM alone having those effects. When people like Prof. Dr. Hector Carvallo, Dr Paul Marick, Dr. Eric Osgood, Dr. Mobeen Syed, etc etc… practitioners with the ability to recognize medical patterns and the ability to have access to a great set of medical tools. People who know how to doctor...so to say. People who are at the front ICU treating COVID-19 people every day are saying this is a game changer. Why should I have doubts? And even to satisfy those who want to have studies / meta analyses. They are available to a huge amount proving that IVM is significant at ANY stages of COVID. Actually, you were careful not to do it OPENLY, @Yen - but it was there(!!!) - sorry but... Vaccines are NOW being pushed "fast", while still being experimental, I guess would be more precise - for obvious reasons: it was necessary... But we are also more capable now to get it (almost) right faster - we have learnt a lot more in the meantime and our technology for sharing knowledge is getting better and FASTER....
