Usually a vaccine causes symptoms which can be related to immune system activation. This is called reactogenicity. And some local irritations. Anything else are real side effects. Headache well..can be a symptom of a real side effect OR reactogenicity. IF headaches are really persisting and very strong or like migraine it could indicate a serious issue. (Thrombosis, CVT).
