this thread is quite big, could you @OP please update the first post answer to this:
is there a path to in-place upgrade from windows 7 enterprise to ltsc 2019, even if with some hacks and unsupported, but technically doable?

    That's not a working path.

Inplace upgrade will be when you have 7 enterprise installed and run a windows 7 enterprise setup.exe, from 7 to 10 would a normal upgrade, but going from 7 Ent > 10 Enterprise LTSC will be so significantly different that i would advise to just clean install 10 Enterprise LTSC.

I use Optimise Offline to remove packages from my Windows ISO before I install Windows.

See my guide here, I swear by this PowerShell script!!

    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...rprise-n-ltsc-2019.76325/page-74#post-1474152

Edit: It includes the packages safe to remove but my with my options and using Optimise Offline you lose Windows Defender and Media Player.

Windows Defender and Smart Screen are disabled by default with Optimise Offline.

I use a third party antivirus though and VLC for videos.

My sincere apologies if this has already been asked (have tried going through the 172 pages of this post), but I am presently running Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB .... Would there be any benefits at all with installing Windows 10 Enterprise (N) LTSC 2019

    I completed the following path:
xp pro to vista business, vista to 7 pro, 7 pro in-place upgrade to enterprise via registry hack, 7 enterprise to ltsb 2015, ltsb 2015 to ltsc 2019. thank you very much for the negative advice... NOT.

I must apologize for my bad advice.

So, you must have been busy since last saturday :D Clean installing 2019 LTSC and starting fresh would have been faster, and i would have loved to see it documented, would be a nice read.

    What architecture was xp?

i prefer to let it do the work while i don't have to watch it, then at the end i keep my programs and settings.
as for the arch, x86 all the way

To bad, now it can't be added to the OP:(

May i ask how you did upgrade from 7 enterprise to 2015 LTSB and why not directly to 2019 LTSC, keeping all files and apps?
