UHD 630 here, downloaded my driver from Dell's website(my laptop is a Dell, so...) - I have the control panel and it's even embedded in the context menu on the desktop. If you're going to argue about stuff you yourself aren't sure of and you haven't tried, then by all means, best of luck to you. I had a similar issue when I fresh installed 1809 LTSC, which I serviced myself beforehand, my GTX 1050 wouldn't take the standard driver. The common advice was to DDU-clean the default DHC driver and install w/e I've downloaded before windows had a chance to install anything "for me".
DCH driver has nothing to do with 'store'. But the store CP suggests DCH driver.... But what's right is that once you use DCH driver you have to stick to those (you are doomed to use). When trying to install a standard driver over a DCH you get an 'installer cannot continue' and incompatible message , although this incompatibility is not a real one, but a managing related one. You can use DDU or do it manually. For Nvidia: Spot the inf name of the Nvidia driver at device manager (go to "Details" and select "Inf Name") Make a note of it and then apply at a CMD with admin permissions: Code: pnputil /delete-driver oemX.inf /uninstall replace "X" with the number you got from device manager Run directly after at the same command prompt Code: sc delete nvlddmkm Now you can download and install the NVIDIA standard driver without any problems and without to have rebooted. Make a custom installation and tick 'clean install' to start over from scratch.
2 generations of ms saying there was noithing wrong with the scheduler but now there was a problem and it is fixed?
serious question: why are we even installing win10 when 8.1 has support up to 10/2023? Even without support for years you can very hardly run into trouble. performance is very similar, 8.1 boots faster..
We live in a world where developers won't even properly support earlier windows 10 versions and now you expect them to support windows 8.1?
You know at that point just get regular Enterprise and start chopping off the stuff that you don't like. Same with people who run hardware that came on the market after LTSC was released and expect it to be fully supported: switch to the regular channel. The whole idea behind LTSC is that it doesn't change. Every new feature or improvement that windows 10 gets will never show up in LTSC. If that is a problem don't use it.
Hey guys, I'm kinda lost here. I wanted to download the latest version of Windows 10 LTSC in French but I don't know where I can find it. I saw somewhere that I could create a French version from an English version usi an SVG but where can I download it? Thanks for your help
