There's is no Windows Server v1903 GUI edition, the next version will be available in 2021-2022.

If you still want one, you can make it yourself by adding the client GUI packages to Windows Server v1903 Core edition and the tutorial is available in the MDL Windows Server Thread.

Please can someone give me a guide to activate Windows Server 2019 Data center. Yes I need a key too. And can this be permanent?

It was forgotten on how to do that. NM

 

Then install a virtual server, and add that as an extra domaincontroller, If needed, transfer all FSMO roles to that new server...and you can play as you desire with the eval server...

 

you can use kmpico to activate server 2019, it worked for me

 

Seems Microsoft has re-released the free Hyper-V 2019. I forgot to take note of the direct link to the ISO to post here perhaps someone can figure it out...
