Yes the SFC/DISM ScanHealth Errors reporting will be there since the ToolKit uses the DISM method for these components, Only for PeopleExperienceHost, WindowsDefender, SamrtScreen removal there won't be any SFC/DISM ScanHealth Errors.
If you search the thread you will see guide for making VC++ Pack for MSMG ToolKit, just follow it to create the packs for StartIsBack++ and Firefox.
@MSMG I have also tried 7.9 against 1703 Everything goes well until first boot up after installation. I get Blue screen saying config initialisation failed. Back two years ago when i was playing with the toolkit v4 and win 1511 there was no dism errors after installation. Is there a way to remove some left overs from regedit and windows/servicing/packages for dism to stop showing errors?
Ok, but in thay case I'm forced to have the Xbox.TCUI app? When I open the Store app for the first time it downloads and installs 2 apps, the Microsoft Store and the Xbox.TCUI (which means Windows 10 doesn't come with the Xbox.TCUI app) apps. I don't have the previous Photos app problem. But I don't want the Windows Photo Viewer since I have the Photos app and some apps were not removed after I used the "Removing Apps using App List" and I copied almost all the apps' names. So, if I don't have the en-GB image I can't remove those apps? EDIT: In the Apps & Features list it an app called Xbox.Live appeared instead of Xbox.TCUI! I removed it but it still appeared in CCleaner's installed apps list and I removed it there and I can still open the Store app and I don't have that problem with the Photos app! When I load in NTLite the extracted files from the ISO MSMG created the app App Xbox is marked and the Xbox.TCUI appears but is unmarked! Why does the mentioned App Xbox appear when I removed it with MSMG ToolKit? I unmarked it in NTLite and now I have the Photos app problem again! I also left it marked and I still have the Photos problem!
ok, this is the guide? https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/msmg-toolkit.50572/page-193#post-1369825 If yes, too hardfull for me
Yesterday, I found something about HVSI (Windows Defender Application Guard, which is used to protect Internet Browser): There is a Policy package to work with - Windows-Defender-ApplicationGuard-Inbox-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.16299.15. So, for Windows Defender Application Guard, [Main Package] Microsoft-Windows-HVSI-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.16299.15 Microsoft-Windows-HVSI-WOW64-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.16299.15 [Policy Package] Windows-Defender-ApplicationGuard-Inbox-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.16299.15
I thought my path was pretty simple already, but okay. I changed it to "Toolkit" so now it's C:\Toolkit. No spaces, numbers, or other special characters and it still gave me the same error.
I tried a different folder and a different drive and it still didn't work. It works on my Win 10 and Win 7 VMs though.
@MSMG i have found issue maybe you could fix it? Toolkit v8 and pro1511x64 When I remove telemetry package from under windows components and then install Windows everything goes well until first boot up, Windows stops of those spinning dots just after "getting ready" @MSMG there's one more thing I have found, if i choose not to remove telemetry inside toolkit everything installs well and after booting up and checking dism scanhealth and sfc scannow doesn't throw any errors
