Well I have used the old registry trick used to fix the integration of CU for Windows 10 LTSB editions when an Edge Browser is Integrated. Checkout here the it's working and yes it's sort unofficial. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/msmg-toolkit.50572/page-297#post-1413166
msmg, as of 8.2, what's the correct order to remove apps, components like defender, integrate updates, itnegrate drivers
Which NetFX35_W10 should I use for LTSB version 14393.2097? NetFX35_W10_RS1 NetFX35_W10_RS2 NetFX35_W10_RS3 NetFX35_W10_TH1 NetFX35_W10_TH2
Code: WinRAR 7-zip Notepad2-Mod Notepad3 StartISBack UltraISO all the above now appearing in Control Panel-> Programs & Features but this not creating %USERPROFILE%, is there any other way to create folder for current user. For 7-zip if the packs folder is name as 7Zip.tpk it says pack not found. if I change the name to something else it works (like zip7)
@MSMSG, Thank you so much, I like to request if you don't mind. Is there any possible you can add one more folder name in OP "update" that contained only changed update portions in you fist OP? It is much easy download only replace updated portion in Tools. Thank you.
Don't know how to fix the ISOFolder"="%USERPROFILE%\\Documents\\My ISO Files". Need to test further to know about it. The problem in batch file is that the folder path/variable name starting with a number will not work.
For some reason I still have issue with Windows Updates after tweaking 1709 image (16999.15). Steps that I taken in this order (as per Readme file): Delete all indexes except Pro (8-1-3) Load images (1-1) Integrate WHD updates (Cumulative, ServicingStack, FlashPlayer) to all images (Install, WinRE, Boot) (3-4-2-1-3) Remove all Metro apps except Store and Calculator (4-1 one by one) Removed all Windows Components (4-3-1) Removed Advanced Windows Components: Windows Cortana & StartMenu Search App // Windows Defender, Windows People Experience Host, Windows SmartScreen) (4-3-2) Remove default metro apps association (5-3) Tweaks - disable cortana, auto driver updates, auto 3rd party apps (5-5) Cleanup image (6-1) Integrate NET 3.5 (3-3-A) Integrate Cumulative update again (3-4-1) <---- at this point it throws error 0x800736b3 - Error: 14003 - The referenced assembly is not installed on your system. Apply & Save (6-2) Burn ISO (7-1) This image installs fine, but just as at that update reintegration whenever I want to install cumulative update through Windows Update it always fails with error code 0x800736b3 It seems to be issue of some removed metro apps or windows component, because if omit component and metro app removal from aforementioned steps (and simply just integrate update -> cleanup -> integrate net fx -> integrate update again) it works without problem.
I realise the toolkit probably doesn't fully support it yet, but I tested it with 17107.1000.180220-1350.RS4_RELEASE_CLIENTCOMBINED_UUP_X86FRE_EN-US today. I found the toolkit removed almost everything that I normally remove. But I did have a problem trying to remove People - when I tried to remove People, the toolkit kept trying to remove onedrive.
