Which windows 10 build should i use with 9.3.1 toolkit version to avoid problems. Can i integrate ssd driver from exe file somehow?
Try v9.1/v9.2 but can't assure you it will remove all traces of 17763.316 update components added to 17763.1, since the ToolKitHelper.exe only remove the traces of 17763.1.

10.0.17763.1 (All components are removed) 10.0.18362.1 (Only Windows Apps + Store + Xbox + XboxIdentityprovider) Extract the .exe using 7-zip to a folder and check if there are any traces of .inf files,if yes then copy the contents of the folder to <Toolkit\Drivers\w10\x64> and use integrate drivers from Toolkit.
I showed all will work, when used as intended. Maybe you are not using clean sources, chopped or modified, i don't know, i can't reproduce the errors you have.
@Enthousiast I remove All Components (Apps + Windows Components + Advanced Windows Components) before or after integrate Updates..??
For v1803, remove components after the updates integration since it uses DISM to remove the components. For v1809 and 19H1 integrate updates after the component removal.
@MSMG, while my last testing with 1803 and 1809 images, I've noticed that after updates integration in 1809 (with ToolKit 9.3.1) the cleanup is taking much more time (about 1 hour) then integration in 1803 (with ToolKit 8.8). 1803 image cleanup took about 10 minutes. Why is that much difference?
ok but what's the need of boot.wim when integrating updates, i thought this only related to install.wim and i never used boot.wim with the toolkit at all,
Yes but in the ToolKit the Store and XboxApp are placed under Advanced Windows Components and this menu is not shown in the current versions since this feature is not complete yet for v1903. - Open RemovePkgsList.txt from Packs folder and add the below line for Xbox and save it ToolKitHelper_XboxApp - Now choose Remove Windows Components using Package List.
what does that means, if install.wim get updated with updates this should get you an updated installation disc this have nothing to do with boot.wim, updates are not to be integrated in boot.wim one only reason to include boot.wim using the toolkit i think is for localizing the installation media or make it multilingual i don't think there is any other benefit other than that
