I'm getting an error when I try to remove all system components or remove advanced components. Code: Image Version: 10.0.17763.316 Error: Unsupported Windows OS Image Service Pack Build ToolKitHelper currently only support non-refreshed images. I'm using en-uk_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_723dfbc1.iso as a source. MSMG is located at D:\MSMG. I have only used MSMG to process this iso, no other tools have touched the files. I thought MSMG 9.3.1 was working with all iso languages for RS5. Is this normal?
@LostED Cannot download anything using this web page. Always get download failed after selecting options and then choosing the download link. Aria always gives this error for every download 05/18 17:28:58 [ERROR] CUID#7 - Download aborted.
@MSMG When I remove everything I can using 9.3.1 from Enterprise LTSC 2019 original release non-eval the settings app crashes when selecting Themes.
Are there any plans to support component removal for LTSB 1607? I tried 8.8 but components are not found at all on LTSB 1607.
@MSMG I downloaded the iso you provided in your link [en_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_be3c8ffb.iso] I am still getting the same error when I try to remove comonents. Code: Error: Unsupported Windows OS Image Service Pack Build ToolKitHelper currently only support non-refreshed images. I don't understand why this isn't working or what I'm doing wrong. Exactly what iso do I need to use to get LTSC 2019 to work with 9.3.1? Can you provide a link which I can download the exact LTSC 2019 iso that will work?
@MSMG Is there a way to remove completely the "narrator" ? and Quick start narrator still present into SystemApps. ? The Toolkit does seem to have a remove option for that - Using W10 LTSC 17763.1 image - I have read that is possible using NTlite , but I prefer much more your work
NarratorQuickStart App will added for removal in next version but the Narrator function in Settings App will not work when removed. The normal Narrator found in Accessibility Tools will added when the Accessibility component is added for removal.
@MSMG Hello Dev. I am going to use MSMG 9.3.1 to customize this pre-refreshed image (en_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_74865958.iso) I will integrate a) directx 9.0c (is it necessary?) b) .net fx 3.5 and 4.8 Please tell me if these steps are fine and also if i have to add/delete any steps (1) - Extract ISO to DVD folder (2) - Select Source Image from DVD folder (3) - Integrate -> Windows Features -> Integrate DirectX 9.0C (4) - Apply -> Cleanup the Source Image (5) - Remove all desired Windows Apps & Components (6) - Customize - - Hide Taskbar Taskview Icon - Disable Automatic driver updates through windows updates - Disable Automatic downloading and installing of 3rd party apps - Disable Automatic Windows Upgrade - Disable Windows Update - Enable windows photo viewer (7) - Apply -> Cleanup the Source Image (8) - Integrate Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Feature - Integrate Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 Feature (9) - Apply & Save Changes to Source Images (10) - Re-Build Source Images (11) - Convert WIM image to ESD image (12) - Create the ISO. Thank you.
Finally done a clean 17763 iso! No SFC errors or strange behaviour, both before and after installing OS and updates. Followed the latest steps that the creator wrote here in the topic, not the ones on README.txt Thanks!
