Sorry I had missed the comment, it's not a bug but the menus are static and they won't be removed when a component is removed. If you see the component removed successfully message then it's sure it is removed.

Yes it works with all languages, people have tested and confirmed that it's working, you need to use Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 (10.0.17763.1) for component removal.
I have all required ISOs and ADK. The only files I cannot find/identify are those noted above in your quote. I suspect a lp.cap in WinPE-OC maybe be renamed to eg. Microsoft-Windows-WinPE-LanguagePack-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.14393.0.cab but I'm not sure. I cannot identify anything that maybe renamed to Microsoft-Windows-Server-LanguagePack-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.14393.0.cab. What am I missing?
Yes lp.cab is the Microsoft-Windows-WinPE-LanguagePack-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.14393.0.cab and Microsoft-Windows-Server-LanguagePack-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.14393.0.cab is from Windows Server 2016 language pack iso.
I'm getting an error when I try to remove all system components or remove advanced components. Code: Image Version: 10.0.17763.316 Error: Unsupported Windows OS Image Service Pack Build ToolKitHelper currently only support non-refreshed images. I'm using en-uk_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_723dfbc1.iso as a source. MSMG is located at D:\MSMG. I have only used MSMG to process this iso, no other tools have touched the files. I thought MSMG 9.3.1 was working with all iso languages for RS5. Is this normal?
@LostED Cannot download anything using this web page. Always get download failed after selecting options and then choosing the download link. Aria always gives this error for every download 05/18 17:28:58 [ERROR] CUID#7 - Download aborted.
@MSMG When I remove everything I can using 9.3.1 from Enterprise LTSC 2019 original release non-eval the settings app crashes when selecting Themes.
Are there any plans to support component removal for LTSB 1607? I tried 8.8 but components are not found at all on LTSB 1607.

@MSMG Is there a way to remove completely the "narrator" ? and Quick start narrator still present into SystemApps. ? The Toolkit does seem to have a remove option for that - Using W10 LTSC 17763.1 image - I have read that is possible using NTlite , but I prefer much more your work
