1 month since 9.3.2, whats app?, 9.3.2 is not completly responsive with newers isos, i'll get errors like corruptions with files, bad installations with office, freeze windows, problems with activations, corruption with adobe i work with iso 32 bits from MS, please tell us, when to release a new version? i like very much your job. but in commets personal just i want delete apps (bloatware), defender, safe.
Removals should be tested to buggery with all ones software. Trouble is you get new software tomorrow n you may have to start all over again or do you want to have a life and get done? I just want to get done so i disable and tweak. The only thing i use the toolkit for is registry mounting. I use a lite msmg, removed all packages n cabs etc, added ltsc source and burnt it to an iso. @MSMG Any chance of a Toolkit Lite with just the minimum files needed for integrating updates and removals only?
Yeb, i think majority of us simply integrate updates+drivers and remove bloat.. seldom add stuff. i dont even bother with .net 3.5 anymore these days.
MSMG Could you please share ToolKitHelper.exe which ignores build of 1809? I mean it does not check that version is 17763.1 I know what i am doing, just one file ToolKitHelper.exe
I need it for a legacy program that wont install without it. I got i active in a captured image Yeah, a lot of people just need the basics.
is it possible to install the N package on top of regular non-N Windows? I started using Firefox and for some reason, unlike Chrome, it doesn't play some web-based media files and shows notification to get the Windows N package... It's not the same as Multimedia-RestrictedCodecsExt-Package, is it?
The MFP doesn't even restore N to non N 100% and no it can't be installed on non N editions. Can you share an example link to the online media FF won't play?
MFP <> (only) Multimedia-RestrictedCodecsExt-Package (test and not error ("The operation completed successfully."))
Powershell looks very complicated, bat/cmd's for me I would like to learn how to mount a registry from an image.
Currently the Toolkit only support v1809 (10.0.17763.1) and v1903 (10.0.18362.1, 10.0.18362.30) source images, refreshed source images (images with updates integrated with exception to 10.0.18362.30) aren't supported. The current version does only allow removal of Windows Inbox Apps for v1903, support for removal of system apps and other components are in progress and will be released when it's ready.
Yes, I have started separating the Toolkit main files and the pack files to reduce the footprint so that it will be easier for users to download only what they require.
