    I change titles to reflect the extra efforts (job) they are doing here...developer, BIOS/EFI modifier, SLIC tool dev...
    And I change titles to reflect a special unique personality which can be tech related or a personal attribute which enriches MDL in a personal way...Avatar guru, chit chatter, spam reporter, crazy lady. :)

    The decisions are personal.
    IMHO you should be here a longer time Yasser Da Silva...:)

    Maybe an idea to whip up a new usergroup for those special kind of people and allow that usergroup to set their own CuT (as long as within a few parameters anyway).
    I have such a Usergroup on my forums, works really well as they also have some extra added expansions to their permissions and such.
    Also, it saves you that little bit of work to go and rummage around in the adminpanel so much :)
