I've Uninstalled KB4056892 (was twice), then go for "Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup" then Installed KB4058258 & kb4074588 Now 16299.248
@sukinsin88 Do as my previous reply, reboot then do the cleanup n reboot. Hopefully, the problem will be solved
still same i see one think that was not before when i click restart i see only restarting... there is no writing like before windows working on updates.... please no restart system ....

after put these on command line SC config trustedinstaller start= auto and restart it showing windows working on updates... after run again winver it showing me this 16.299.192 lol now i see on wind update again downloading 4074588
Today when attempting to use W10UI_4.2 then 4.1 to install the latest CU 14393.2068 (Windows10.0-KB4074590-x64) from WHDownloader for a live W10 LTSB 2016 it would not install... W10UI reported this update was not needed, but it had not been previously installed... Both WU and WUMT reported it was available to download / install... So, I ran the Windows10.0-KB4074590-x64.msu from the desktop and it installed properly and PC Settings / About reported 14393.2068 as the OS Build...
