    Do we know if any updates install on a clean install? I know last one you had to include an old version with the new version of one update.

    but just to be sure, is it broken with the 1809 march refresh iso itself (don't update it)?

    My machine says it's up-to-date (build 17763.379)

    Yes, it just installed on my wife's laptablet (no IP rings).
