    KB4480056 will always be requested if current .NET CU is not security classified

    Everyone receive this new CU (KB4490481) through Windows Update?
    My machine says it's up-to-date (build 17763.379)

    Yes, it just installed on my wife's laptablet (no IP rings).

    There's where I start, 17763.1 then integrate latest ss, cu, microcode. I kill flash player and do the dotnet update manually after install.

    Why not use an actual version of Win? For example LTSC .316
