I do not understand that.
Revisions 385 and 387 include an update for win32calc (localization).
Win32calc is not included in Windows 10 build 18362/18363.
Why is there win32calc update in revision 385/387 for build 18362/18363?

 

18362.385 (cleanup but not resetbase) up to 387 error.

Yes it will be there, since when MS compiles a new build it will have all editions including LTSC but the edition won't be made public.

Check out the Language Packs, even in that the win32calc files will be present.

KB4522739 <- I just got offered this for 1909, it is not listed in the catalog.

Anyone have a link for this? What is posted online takes you to a different KB for 1903.

I have to start counting but 1903 and 1909 share the same servicing updates.

It's the same update, only a ring shift

 

Edited my post, looks like the same file internally, the file in SoftwareDistribution is name the same as the 1903 download.
