KB4522739 <- I just got offered this for 1909, it is not listed in the catalog. Anyone have a link for this? What is posted online takes you to a different KB for 1903. EDIT: Named windows10.0-kb4515871-x64.cab internally, which is in the catalog.
I have to start counting but 1903 and 1909 share the same servicing updates. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-hotfix-repository.57050/page-459#post-1550190
Edited my post, looks like the same file internally, the file in SoftwareDistribution is name the same as the 1903 download.
Still no GA (General Availability) for 19H2, still IP release. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-esd-repository.59082/page-124#post-1550196
I am sorry for posting this, but on 18362.356 I tried the update for 18363.385 via cab (windows10.0-kb4517211-x64.cab). Although it installed fine, the version no increased to 18362.385 and not 18363.385. What do I need for 18362 to go to 18363 apart from just using the iso to update/format fresh.

So first install KB4517245 on 18362 and then go on. I must have but will check. Thanks. This update was for 18363 systems. Can I please get the direct link. I must have missed it. It seems in recent weeks, both 18362 and 18363 are progressing in parallel and it can become confusing for lazy people like me. It was around early Sep. I am on 18362.356 and we have a long weekend that will give me time to update some of my systems. However, KB4517245 is 18363.329??. So installing this will change my system from 18362.356 to 18363.329. Then I can go to 18363.385. yes I got it. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...x-pc-19h1_release.79259/page-240#post-1548052
Yes. I did this package and on restart it changed from 18362.356 to 18363.356. So now I do not have to bother with getting 18362 updates but only 18363 updates (which are as of now in cab only). Usually as a matter of hobby, I format on change of build (6 months) but I presume it is not required for moving from 18362 to 18363. I also wanted to try 18970 on a 18362 system just to see what is there. However, the in place iso upgrade (mounting iso, etc) fails. So clean format may be the answer.
these are the same updates i repeat, there is no 18363 build, look it %SystemRoot%\servicing\Packages or in winsxs
18363 is just a mock/fake build, it's just for MSFT to keep the scam going of 2 builds per year and this year they couldn't realize that because of the re-organization and the shift to azure group. They just as easily could have continued 1903 and backport the 20H1 fixes and features to 1903 instead of 1909 (which is 1903 + 1909 EP + 18362.xxx SSU/CU)
The reason KB's are still .CAB Files is this has not yet been released to the General Public. Still in either the Slow Ring or Release Preview Ring within the Insider Program. When released to General Public, they will be on Windows Update as .MSU Files.
