yes. wumt should run on any W11 22000.x build as I ran it myself

I've used WUMT for ages and do not have that file. Not sure what it's for relative to WUMT. Maybe it was needed in the original versions and I'm forgetting now, but if so I'd probably still have the file sitting around somewhere because I would have never deleted it. But it doesn't exist here.

There are no more Startup Keys. At least "- update" doesn't work.

KB2267xxx writes a size of 103 GB. And there are many times less in fact.
The service gives the total size of all files that in theory can be downloaded. The actual size is determined when the download is initialized.
