    Thanks, Yup tried this method…. Trying to get windows server 2016 going but would need slic 2.4 or above. I did attempt to install dell windows server 2016 oem disc but wouldn’t activate because the t620 is only slic 2.3. Any other recommendation?

    MS server 2016 standard oem. Installed from a dell OEM DVD.
