and

how do I create the en ltsc iso? what tool should I use?

also how can I verify the SHA1 hash of the original en ltsc x64 iso? I did not find it,,

You need a KMS activator for LTSC 2019. Try KMS_VL_ALL.

KMS38 can activate your system until 2038; AFAIK there is no HWID activation available for LTSC 2019. BTW, if you going to use Office, you can use kms activation (KMS38 is not available for Office activation).
