I need more of the log data than that...message me both the error log and the script's log. \WinSxS\Backup is only touched for clean-up purposes, and if the script is not terminating by a catch block due to this error, then it's being told to continue even if there are errors returned at this process because they are insignificant (which clean-up can sometimes do). So I'm assuming this error is occurring during the clean-up process. Also, it's best to create a GitHub thread for something like this, or message me directly.
Check your av/defender settings,it might delete such activation tool files during downloading/extraction.
You should have hwid, aka your hardware unique id should be already saved at MS servers as win 10 pro activated status.I think even without entering the key your system should be activated online after reinstall of win 10 pro as long as hardware remains same. You should still link your pro activation info to a MS account just for extra safety & for transferring your license to a new hardware in future. For LTSC just download the iso(use fresh install only & not upgrade) from here & install normally without using your ms account & use kms_vl_all to activate it.
How can we safely verify that the Windows 10 LTSC 2019 Iso's available to download are in fact unmodified, safe, and identical to the official microsoft versions? Is the SHA-1 hash of the offical Microsoft Iso known and published somewhere? Does anyone have a link or a way to verify?
Here you can check all sha-1 published by MSFT: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/mvs-dump.78070/ Every build has it's own dedicated thread, for 1809: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...esumed-1809-final-build-17763-1-pc-rs5.77945/ At the OP are the links to sha-1 posts by MDL members who have access to MVS and they post the sha-1 checksums.
Is this yours as well? or a copy cat >> Windows.10.Lite.Edition.v6.x64.2018_archive<< I took a peek at the setup and states "16299.15" just curious no biggie.
I'm a bit new to this, but I created a nice WIM using this script and "bare bones" installed it on a spare computer. I used all of the recommendations (no mods at all) in this post for LTSC 2019 (same ISO as in the script) and it's great! The only issue that I have is not being able to use IE11 unless I "run as" Administrator. I *can* use it normally if I disable "Protected Mode." This is using an admin account, and I've also tried a non-admin account with the same results. Firefox has no problems at all. Perhaps there's a setting in the script a bit too aggressive? Maybe there's a setting for Internet Explorer I can tweak with gpedit, but I'n unsure which. Being a clean install everything there shows as "not configured." Other than "3D Objects," and "Saved Games" showing in Explorer++ (not Windows Explorer) this is a super start on a test rig. I managed to hide those with some regedits. I'll likely create a new WIM to rid a few more services, but the IE11 issue has me stumped. Any ideas?
Hi, sorry for the noob question, i would like to install LTSC latest build, Can someone explain to me what "=90 days evaluation, NO KMS)" exactly means? There is none activation way at the moment for this build, right? Will it be available at the next 3 months?
The only way removals can be reverted is either by having the optimizations discarded, or by applying update packages after the image has already been optimized.
It's the fourth time I've been download PT-BR version but all came corrupted, does anyone have a torrent or other good link ?
The 90 days EVAL build cannot be activated. Not now and not in the future. Non-EVAL builds can be activated.
