Apart from using Win10 Enterprise N LTSC 2019, and applying many tips and tricks which can be found, here, on internet, etc. Is there any more serious way to block telemetry, some blocking script?
A firewall? Blocking scripts usually block more than the user has bargained for, like onedrive, windows updates, store, etc.
Ok, but is there any blocking script for Win10 at all? I never even touched things like one drive, store, etc. Maybe only would like to get security updates, but not features and telemetry updates (somewhere I had read that Win10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 already do not download any unnecessary updates except security ones, but can anyone here confirm that?). tnx

Server 2019 LTSC (Datacenter + Desktop): turn off network adapter, run 'anti-telemetry' scripts; use Group Policy to disable the 'Store', Updates, and other annoyances; tweak Services, then update manually. Everything has worked great, thanks to all the wizards and veteran contributors here on MDL!

I have a frsh install of windows 10 pro 1809 and I want to remove the spyware, are the things in the original post up to date? . Can you tell me what is install_wim_tweak.exe ? is it a good thing or a bad thing ?
install_win_tweak.exe is an advanced tool for modifying windows install & should not be used if you don't know what you are doing. There are many tools posted in 1st post but I suggest just using the group policy tweaks to disable standard telemetry options(& in settings control panel app too for things like app experience etc turn them off).All these extra tweaks come with the risk of breaking something on your system & if you are that concerned about win 10 telemetry then better use ltsc2019(no apps,no store,no feature updates,only security updates) or enterprise version which still has better telemetry/privacy controls compared to pro version.
