For some reason v1.64 executable's icon is not showing up in Windows Explorer, but previous versions are fine. Anyone else having this issue?

I have dell 1558 n-series with BIOS A11. I tried svctag 3.4 but it halts after choosing "Y" when asked whether I want to change service tag or not.

Then I wanted to use "Phoenix SLIC Mod 1.64". It stops at some point and shows the following error (Unable to reintegrate BIOSCOD04.ROM).

    Any suggestions are appreciated.
