you are right i agree. main advantage i got was space freed. but nothing got broke and system is working fine , i don't need any roll back from .167 created a system restore point .
The manual dism command works regardless that setting. I didn't investigate further but likely that setting affects just the scheduled task and / or the disk cleanup tool behavior.

gyus i really need your help...during 2 weeks im not able to update my 1809.11763.107 with KB4467708.All the time ive got error 0x0800f0982.Tried sfc/scannow,manual even cab.Still the same problem !!!What the f...k is going on???
@stashekmajcherc: For CU 134: Did you install SSU (kb4465664) first? Why not using CU 167 and SSU 164?
@stashekmajcherc delete C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log (you may need to stop TrustedInstaller service) run KB4467708 msu then zip and attach/upload CBS.log
all my attempts to install kb4467708 fail with an error.don't know what's going on,my iso has been modified,remove some adds using Ntlite,add some reg files thats it.All the tima time ive got error 0x0800f0982.Follow your advises,but the situation still is the same
