    but it may cause .NET errors, since .NET CU is for 4.7.2
    test and see

    KB4489192 is not offered for my 1809 PC. KB4486553 installed and was offered normally.

    that's because you have different versions of .NET 4.8 mixed together xD

    Some Anti-Telemetry or Anti-Popup Blocker entry keeps blocking my access to the latest NetFX downloads from official MS links. It's been like that forever, but I looked through hosts file and didn't find "download.visualstudio.microsoft" anywhere there...
