You need the consumer x64 en-US iso and the en-US x64 LTSC patch, more info can be found here: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/smartversion-tools-scripts.79415/
so im downloading the 97449f83 iso LTSC from this thread. ill be using it for my mothers pc which is older. im a little confused with the svf stuff
Basically svf is a secondary file that transforms a primary file into required file.e.g. A+svf=B where A is source file(something easy to get like latest win 10 TH1 iso or evaluation iso) & B is the required target file(something not so easy to get like greek language ltsc 2019 iso etc).
After watching the AMD E3 stream today, it seems that 1903 includes fixes for ryzen cpu scheduling. any idea if this will make its way into ltsc?
I'm planning to download the latest ltsc from here tb(.)rg-adguard(.)net/dl(.)php?go=e9e765f6 Can this still be activated by kms38? I'm actually using Version 10.0.17763 Build 17763 now but I lost the copy of my iso and would like to install LTSC on my brother's rig.
^ Thanks for the link and also Is patching same as activating? It seems very complicated for me to do unlike the tutorial I followed before (************) which activated my ltsc easily. If somehow done with svf patch thing. When I install the ltsc on my brother's rig would it be already activated?
No of course not. whitestar_999 has explained it. You can understand it in a better way not trying to get 'patch' by its common meaning. It's actually a conversion while the svf is here to apply the differences to the source ISO A so ISO A can be converted to your desired ISO B. It remains an official ISO without any self made modifications. Anything 'later' (installation / activation) are different matters.

Hello, I'm using LTSC 1809 but how come in my windows update it shows I can download feature update Windows 10 1903? At least that's what I think it wants to do. It shows feature update but I did not install it yet. Also about v1903 I read that it fixes issues with Ryzen CPU scheduling as posted but scloutkst2889 . If so LTSC users will be left out.
MSFT has opened the release retail Ring for LTSC, for unknown reasons, it offeres the feature update but won't download nor install it. Before it was just RP ring: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...ltsc2019-techbench.77028/page-78#post-1518828 https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...prise-n-ltsc-2019.76325/page-176#post-1519045 Fix, mentioned by @whatever127 : https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...ltsc2019-techbench.77028/page-78#post-1518817 But now it seems to be on the retail release ring too.
