    many thanks worked by Deleting key after a few tries, think i was to quick, had to wait for W10 to do a update check.

    i have installed windows 8.1 in wmvare workstation and go to audit mode with administrator account but i still cant get updates with this tool or manual or any ways to be updated?

    i donwload tool and wsusscn2.cab put this wsusscn2.cab in tool folder run this tool x64 version with run as administrator but nothings happend i wait 1 hours but still cant download updates

    can anyone confirm does WUMT still work with win10 because I see many have problems with it? I've been using it on win7 for years across many PCs and very happy with it.
    I would like to use it on w10 after I start using that spyware OS for gaming. does version of windows matter (pro / LTSC / LTSC N)?

    It works on W10. Version should not matter.

    Does this have any features that the standard windows update does not have? Otherwise very cool idea :)

    You can select the updates you want to apply.

    Since I update my Windows 10 Pro x64 build to 18362.xxx. The file "Elevate_WUMT.exe" doesn't work anymore even running it as admin. Nothing happens. I had to create a elevated shortcut to the file "wumt_x64.exe" for it to run as admin without the UAC popup request.

    The file "Elevate_WUMT.exe" is not part of WUMT. More information here.

    Don't work with last Windows 10 Cumulative Update (KB4497935) it doesn't find anything,i have to do the update with default Windows Update for it to work...

    Can someone workout whats going on please? :confused: Used this tool tons of times on 7 and 8.1 without problem and i am at a loss.

    Im trying to check for updates on w7 pro vl u install and it just gets stuck checking for updates(offline mode). Ive installed ie11, net 4.8, WUClient-SelfUpdate-ActiveX-x64-7.6.7600.320 WUClient-SelfUpdate-Aux-x64-7.6.7600.320 WUClient-SelfUpdate-Core-x64-7.6.7600.320 and WindowsUpdateAgent-7.6-x64. Ive checked the required services and they are all running. Ive run it several times, each time its stuck in that endless checking loop.

    Im downloading a fresh cab file incase.

    Edit - scanned with the fresh cab file copy, cancelled scan after 62 minutes.
