Bypass Windows 7 Extended Security Updates Eligibility

I've installed the Patch on 32 and 64 bits systems without problem. It is mandatory that the computer has the last updates installed before this procedure. I can access also to windows update without problem.

 

You might want to write a quick program that automatically sends this answer to all identical questions....

I don't care if it makes WU take longer. I'm going to leave the bypass installed just to see what happens because I always start the update check and walk away then come back to it later anyway. At least one of us has to be a test guinea pig, right?

 

win 10 updates it's NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WU!!!!!!!!!!!

win 7 updates YEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS WU!!! with a bypass that makes WU very slow (to not working at all) and will never offer the updates, the bypass is made for

I really need a response to this post as it's been overlooked twice.

Although thinking of it more, that registry edit may perhaps create the "EOSNotify" folder under that certain directory and the registry values added with it. I just want to ask before I do anything.

 

You'll have to create that key with appropriate values yourself; (with the commands @laidbacktokyo posted)
The key doesn't exist in your registry, because it's simply unused yet.

It's a WinSxS key that most likely contains version information, so you shouldn't touch that one.

About my first enquiry, I'm going to make it as a .reg file under Notepad and merge it, like how I did for the POSReady trick for XP (that I did on a VM recently).
