I already installed all the required updates in Windows 7 Pro x64, then I ran installer.bat with no error.
But I can't install KB4528069 with "The update is not applicable to your computer".
From the same time, TrustedInstaller is not work with 1053 error, I can't see anything on the list of "intalled updates" (says "no updates installed").
After ran remover.bat, TrustedInstaller work as usual and I can see the list of "intalled updates" (says "444 updates installed").
What's wrong with my procedure?

Follow:

I use other system hook utility, called MacType (ver:2019.1-beta6).
This caused the above condition. So if you use MacType, remove first before use BypassESU!
Then run installer.bat, I could install KB4528069.

It could be very much interesting if a replacement of the current win7 activation ID to the ones provided will work on the Ultimate edition with OEM activation!

Although you've likely meant not an online activation but the offline one as below:

slmgr /atp <ESU Activation ID>

right?

I apologize if the question was already asked. I successfully installed the bypass and installed KB4528069 from the Windows Update Catalog. Can the future updates be found and downloaded from the "real" Windows Update ?

The patch works perfectly, the wu was slower after install, so I did uninstall it and will reinstall when needed.
